The Role: The Data Analyst is responsible for data extraction and conversion for our new and existing clients. The Data Analyst helps the Data Specialist and Team Lead to ensure that information transferred to PBS software is accurate. They are involved in distant training, the go-live process and top-up, and ongoing support for new and existing customers.
