We have an excellent opportunity for a Pensions Data Analyst, within our lively Pensions Department, to support the day-to-day delivery of many pensions related activities. You’ll be a key member of the team, delivering a wide range of administration and pensions system related processes.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Work as part of a Project team on a number of data driven pension projects
- Support the Project team and other Departments in the running/processing of business as usual (BAU) activities, the management of data and the production of detailed analysis reports and communications.
- Assist the other teams by following more sophisticated tasks, procedures and processes
- Work with and support subject matter experts (SMEs) in the delivery of new and established processes
- Work on multiple projects or work streams at any given time
- Review, manage and maintain project documentation
- Help produce and develop training mentorship and procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain system held standard documents including letters and historical practice manuals.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Strong experience in the use of Excel (using formula) to manipulate, analyse and present data to one or more collaborators
- Experience in collecting, analysing and interpreting large amounts of data from various sources using various tools and extracting mechanisms
- Experience in following detailed processes whilst identifying inconsistencies in data sets to ensure they are complete, clean, and consistent
