Description

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for strong analytical foundations and hands-on experience in the following areas to succeed in this role:

  • Experience: +2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a fast-paced business environment. You’ve contributed to cross-functional projects and are eager to take on more ownership over time.
  • Analytics: You’re confident in structuring analytical approaches to evaluate marketing performance and support business decisions, with experience working with KPI frameworks and deriving actionable insights.
  • Statistics: You have a solid understanding of A/B testing and foundational causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences). Exposure to predictive models (e.g., logistic regression) is a plus. (Note: You will be asked to complete a task-based interview related to A/B testing and other basic causal inference methods as part of the process.)
  • Programming: Proficiency in SQL, including best practices like window functions and CTEs. Experience using Python for data analysis is a strong advantage. (Note: You will be asked to complete a SQL and Python task as part of the process.)
  • Data handling: You’ve worked with marketing and tracking data, helped define data needs, and are comfortable with basic ETL processes. Exposure to data governance or compliance topics is a plus.
  • Communication: You can translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re collaborative, curious, and comfortable working across functions.
  • Educational background: A degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or similar—paired with a strong desire to learn and grow in marketing analytics.
