Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience to lead the data insights department for our specialized training programs. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the physical and psychological development of trainees, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership. The incumbent will play a critical role in shaping training, nutrition, and health policies by transforming complex physiological data into actionable strategic reports. Key Responsibilities Performance Monitoring: Systematically track physical metrics (weight, muscle mass, fitness scores) across all training phases. Specialized Analysis: Evaluate fitness trends against approved standards and analyze the impact of injury rates and psychological factors on performance. Trend Identification: Analyze long-term trends in obesity, physical performance, and injury rates to evaluate program effectiveness. KPI Extraction: Build analytical dashboards to visualize performance KPIs across all centers. Maintain critical indicators for obesity rates, fitness improvement percentages, and program adherence. Executive Reporting: Transform complex data into simplified graphical reports and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve nutrition and training policies. Requirements Minimum 6–8 years of professional Data Analysis experience. Background in Sports Science, Healthcare, or National Authority environments is highly preferred. Expertise in Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to support senior-level decision-making. Proven ability to manage large-scale datasets and identify trends in human performance.
