PGH also offers in-house supply chain solutions, brokerage, and consulting solutions for major potato businesses across North America. POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the Business Analyst and CFO in capturing, organizing, and analyzing key data across our farming and processing operations. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing accurate reporting and dashboards, improving data visibility, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the company.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Power Query is a plus
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with remote team members

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Internship or co-op experience in a data-related role is a plus
  • Experience working with agricultural or manufacturing operations preferred
  • Willing and able to occasionally travel to other locations in the USA (up to 10%)
Responsibilities
  • Support the collection, cleaning, and maintenance of operational and financial data
  • Build reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize performance trends
  • Assist in building data models to support the monitoring of KPIs across the company
  • Work with cross-functional teams (farming, operations, finance) to ensure accurate and consistent data collection
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to automate reporting and streamline processes
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs for data handling and reporting
  • Assist with the selection, design and implementation of the company’s first ERP; maintain data integrity thereafter.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions
