We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a passion for Poker and sports betting for a newly created role within our Business Intelligence Team.
By leveraging your analytical expertise and passion for poker and sports, you will work closely with stakeholders in our newly created Poker Team and well-established Sportsbook.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH US:

Working closely with the Head of Business Intelligence and other Data Analysts, you will play a key role in preparing reports and dashboards to support Poker and Sportsbook stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.
You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of datasets to create regular as well as ad hoc reports. The insights and recommendations delivered in this role will help the newly created Poker Team and will have an impact on customers across our global platform.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of data from multiple sources including transactional databases, customer management systems, third-party data sources and other relevant data repositories.
  • Develop and automate daily and weekly reports, incorporating detailed analysis to support Poker/Sportsbook and their decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that meet the analytical needs of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights to drive informed business strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate data outcomes to assess the effectiveness of key initiatives, including promotional activities.
  • Address ad-hoc analytical queries related to various business functions such as promotions and customer programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand the impact of products and operations on business performance across areas like compliance, customer value and marketing
  • Optimize and document data workflows, ensuring operational teams can efficiently access and utilize relevant information.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data integration tasks and visualization tools, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance.
