JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Data Analyst will serve as a key contributor in building, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into financial and operational performance. This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Program Management teams, leveraging data primarily from Unanet (our core financial system) and other business systems to deliver actionable insights.

THE DATA ANALYST SHALL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support executive decision-making, FP&A activities, and program management.
• Integrate and consolidate data from multiple systems into centralized datasets or data warehouses.
• Design and build robust backend data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles with data-driven reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across dashboards and reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions in Power BI.
• Assist with data access management and permissions to ensure appropriate, secure, and compliant use of Power BI data across the organization
• Provide user support and training for finance and operational staff on dashboards and data interpretation.PREFERRED:
• Experience with Unanet ERP/financial system.
• Familiarity with FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, with a deep understanding of DAX measures, data modeling, and relationships.
• Experience working with complex data schemas and relational models.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
  Pay Range: 120,000-160,000
