Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong experience in Power BI and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of reporting principles, data visualization, and analytics, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. Your role in our mission Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIWrite and optimize Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Python and Power BI.Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data models.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling). Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib). Strong understanding of reporting fundamentals, KPIs, and business metrics. Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities
