Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and data visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective data models and visualizations.
  • Design and develop robust data models in Power BI to support complex reporting needs and ensure data integrity.
  • Create automated reporting solutions and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and performance improvements.
  • Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
  • Utilize SQL to query databases, extract data, and perform advanced data analysis to support reporting initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
