SKILLS

• Strong storytelling and visualization skills
• Data cleaning and transformation techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related
• 2–4 years of professional experience
• Prior experience in healthcare staffing is a bonus

• Analyze internal data for trends and performance insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
• Support departments with ad hoc reporting
• Collaborate with the engineering team on data collection and warehousing
• Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership
