About the Role We are hiring a Data Analyst – Property Market Research to support a property investment and advisory company with deep market insights, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You will analyse market activity, track pricing trends, review project performance, prepare dashboards, and generate insights that support investor recommendations and internal strategy. Success in this role means transforming raw property data into clear, actionable intelligence that helps the team identify opportunities, assess risks, and communicate findings to clients and leadership. You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working with property or financial datasets. Key Responsibilities Conduct property market research across multiple regions (supply, demand, pricing, rental yields, sales velocity, etc.) Analyse investment performance, project KPIs, and market movement trends Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools Clean, organise, and validate large datasets for accuracy Prepare weekly and monthly market updates, asset performance summaries, and investor insights Support due diligence on new projects or locations (comparables, demographic data, competitor benchmarking) Extract and present insights clearly for internal teams and client-facing materials Work closely with marketing and sales teams to supply data-backed content and recommendations Track internal performance metrics related to leads, conversions, and campaign outcomes (if required) Maintain organised documentation, version history, and data libraries Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis, market research, or property analytics Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio) is a strong advantage Knowledge of property market dynamics (pricing, rental yields, valuations, comps) Ability to interpret large datasets and turn them into actionable insights Strong written communication for producing clear reports and summaries High attention to detail and structured working style Full-time availability (40 hours/week) Fast and reliable internet; your own laptop; quiet workspace Competitive base salary Direct contract with a rapidly scaling property investment business Exposure to global property markets and high-value investment data Opportunities to advance into Senior Analyst or Research Lead positions
