About The Role As a Data Analyst at INDICO, you will play a critical role in overseeing data-driven decision-making for INDICO product and business lines, which include digital goods commerce, engagement platform, Edutech, HealthTech, and game publishing businesses. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-entity data across a variety of industries, driving impactful business outcomes and product development. You will collaborate with multiple business units to plan, strategize, and accelerate growth, leveraging complex data to provide actionable insights that support informed decisions, as well as build and expand the data analyst organization. What will you do but not limited to: Collaborate with Indico and its subsidiaries to plan, strategize, and drive growth through data-driven insights. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business and product decisions. Develop and deploy dashboards to track key metrics for different business units, including Edutech, Healthtech, and Game Publishing. Conduct both regular and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and special projects. Present analysis and reports to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner. Partner with Product and Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and ensure data accuracy across multiple entities. Track and measure the impact of data-driven strategies, providing regular updates on their effectiveness. Work with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, evaluate data, and deliver actionable insights across Indico and its subsidiaries. Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) for dashboard creation. Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis Familiarity with machine learning algorithm and tools is a plus 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role. Effective communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
