Description

Responsibilities: Prepare statistical reports and analysis as requested by the Operations Supervisor or Manager Review process documentations for updates and changes; Collaborate with Training whenever necessary Conduct root cause analysis and works with the supervisor in creating action plans Translate area for improvement into training needs, propose training requirement for individual or team Create and maintain teamwork culture, participate in resolving operational issues effectively, implement various process/quality improvement initiatives, customer visit, training and business meetings - Assist in the conversion of documents through accurate vendor query responses Utilizing all possible tools or references to provide precise instructions Investigate various data issues and provide necessary directions for correction Maintaining completeness of online products Working hand-in-hand with subject matter experts to provide necessary and updated instructions for the appropriate managing of documents DA and DM Hybrid Process Roles and responsibilities of Level I, as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field 1–2 years of BPO, shared services, or related experience preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferably with background in data analysis Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications) Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, hybrid/onsite setups, and rotating work schedules Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
