In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business data while providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You will play a central part in catalog integration, price validation, and revenue impact analysis, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve reporting. Accountabilities Identify data discrepancies and flag items requiring manual review or pricing validation during catalog integration. Support data processing tasks including code creation, restoration, and archival requests through structured verification. Monitor pricing changes, ancillary fees, and item linkages to ensure alignment with central pricing strategies. Evaluate potential revenue impacts of catalog updates or price adjustments, providing side-by-side analyses of changes. Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to visualize catalog changes, revenue impact, and pricing variances. Develop visual summaries and documentation to support leadership decision-making and cross-department communication. Collaborate with catalog specialists to optimize data validation, import workflows, and overall analytics processes. Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and help establish consistent data standards. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional experience in business analytics or related roles. Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker). Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Experience in multi-location retail, healthcare, or veterinary services, and familiarity with pricing analytics, revenue impact analysis, or process improvement.
