You will own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from gathering and cleaning data to building dashboards, visualizations, and reports that inform business, product, and operational initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape a nascent data function, collaborating directly with leadership to drive impact across multiple teams. Ideal candidates are comfortable navigating ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can translate raw data into clear, actionable insights. Strong technical skills, analytical rigor, and storytelling ability will be critical in helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions. Accountabilities Own internal data analysis across multiple departments including Product, Implementation, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Sigma, Looker, Power BI, and/or Snowflake. Analyze product usage, customer behavior, operational metrics, and payments data to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to instrument new features and capture relevant metrics. Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs for internal and external reporting. Produce ad hoc reports for leadership, ensuring speed and accuracy. Maintain data quality, cleanliness, and consistency across systems and processes. Develop processes and documentation to make data accessible and self-serviceable as the organization scales. 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/analytics tools. Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong storytelling skills to translate data into actionable recommendations. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred: experience with Python, R Studio, or scripting; exposure to healthcare, fintech, or pharmacy tech; data modeling or engineering-lite skills; experience reporting to executive stakeholders. Competitive salary with potential bonus or commission. Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) retirement plan. Opportunities for career growth, professional development, and learning. Collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive work environment. Remote work flexibility.
