Our Renewal Desk Data Analysts work with the Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Renewal Specialists, Order Management, and Account Executive teams by retrieving, organizing, and analyzing renewal data then crafting into reality a system derived proposal with the details requested. This is accomplished by working in our Saleforce.com environment and Excel tools. Your role will be to:

• Analyze and review renewal opportunities and account history
• Gather product details, quantity, purchase price, contract renewal price, partner details/calculations for analysis
• Review contract documentation
• Work in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned task(s) within specified deadlines for an assigned region and in support of a specified geography(s)
• Test enhancements to Salesforce system in conjunction with the Business Systems team
• Organize meetings with internal resources to discuss findings
• Perform additional duties as required
