Responsibilities:

MISSION OF THIS ROLE:

The mission of our Data Analyst is to help uncover stories our data can tell us. This position is not just about building new data products to serve our internal teams - you will have a significant role in building our data foundation. You will work closely with Arthur, our Data Engineer and a Data & Tooling Developer to grow and shape our data team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and maintain data products to make data accessible and actionable for internal teams
  • Create insightful dashboards that tell meaningful stories through data
  • Enhance team processes and collaboration by contributing ideas for improvement
  • Train colleagues to improve data literacy and empower them to use data effectively in decision-making
  • Handle day-to-day data requests and proactively manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of progress and blockers
  • Stay informed about and resolve data-related incidents or inaccuracies within the company
  • Assist in growing the team’s capabilities and influence within the organization through innovative ideas and mentorship
