Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets related to road infrastructure, maintenance activities, and traffic patterns to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize our road network management. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to road operations, maintenance activities, and asset performance Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for road infrastructure Conduct statistical analyses and create predictive models to forecast maintenance needs and traffic patterns Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify areas for improvement in road maintenance processes Utilize GIS software to perform spatial analysis of road network data Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise reports and presentations Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and road infrastructure management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the transportation or infrastructure sector Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques Familiarity with GIS software for spatial data analysis Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience working with large datasets related to road operations and maintenance Understanding of road operations and maintenance (O&M) processes Knowledge of transportation infrastructure and asset management Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences Relevant certifications in data analysis or transportation systems (preferred) Willingness to work in Doha, Qatar, and adapt to the local work environment Additional Information Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Operations and Maintenance - Operational Profession: Services and Operations Technician I
