The role is responsible for validation & analysis of data in Salesforce. Your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst - Salesforce will be to: Manage end-to-end data collection to ensure efficient, scalable, and accurate processing of large, multi-source datasets. Updating data into Salesforce in a timely manner. Perform quality checks. Communicate with internal users in order to maintain data in Salesforce. Provide clarifications to client queries based on priority and urgency levels. Extract and provide various project-related reports as required by the manager To join us as a Data Analyst - Salesforce you will need the following experience and skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in FE fundinfo Proficient in MS Office, primarily MS Excel & MS Outlook Very good written and spoken English communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and come up with ideas to enhance processes. Ability to achieve the defined SLA standards with regard to Turn Around Time, work accuracy etc. and maintain them throughout one’s tenure in the department. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and be able to apply them to the work undertaken.
