Purpose: The Data Analyst is essential in supporting the IMT NCAT Program Office through expert management and analysis of neurocognitive testing data. This role involves significant responsibility in processing, verifying, and reporting data to ensure accuracy and integrity in support of neurocognitive assessments.

• Maintains database results by enforcing standards and controls.
• Keeps Management Team informed by preparing reports on performance and problems.
• Ensures ANAM data files are properly backed up and secure using implemented policies
• Secures database by implementing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Receives uploaded ANAM data from satellite sites worldwide through AKO, SAFE or other designated uploading tool
• Process ANAM data by verifying quality of incoming data utilizing quality control procedures
• Communicate with ANAM satellite sites regarding quality of incoming data
• Communicate and foster relationships with military health care tracking organizations (MEDPROS, ASIMS, PIMMER, etc) for ANAM compliancy reporting
• Provide ANAM Performance Reports and ANAM Comparison Reports to requesting providers and clinicians
• Provide Monthly Contract Deliverables as assigned
• Daily proactive approach to job related functions and duties
• Complete any additional duties assigned by Management Team
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all ANAM results and patient data in accordance with HIPAA and PII guidelines as identified by the DoD

Additional Duties include

• Data Processing: Manage the reception and initial processing of neurocognitive data from IMT sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness before inclusion in the NCAT Data Repository.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on neurocognitive assessment results, including performance metrics and trends across different IMT sites. Ensure reports are generated in a timely manner to meet PWS requirements and support decision-making processes.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the integrity of incoming data, utilizing advanced data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure all data management activities comply with HIPAA, PII guidelines, and DoD regulations. Maintain the security and confidentiality of all neurocognitive data.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the NCAT Program Office and military health care tracking organizations to ensure compliance and accurate reporting of neurocognitive assessment data.
• Operational Support: Provide analytical support for neurocognitive testing processes, including the development of new analytics tools and methods to improve data analysis capabilities.
