As a senior or lead data analyst in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you’ll build and maintain analytical tools used to prioritize projects and manage change saturation across CRM. In this role, you’ll analyze and interpret data to enhance project and process efficiency. The PMO manages 400+ projects simultaneously, impacting internal and external customers. You’ll build and maintain methodologies to prioritize projects, assess their success, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll also provide transparency into project and portfolio health through enhanced portfolio and change metrics with objectives to optimize resource allocation and Operations change saturation scores. This role offers high visibility throughout the organization as you’ll actively collaborate with CRM business leaders, transform portfolio and project management practices, and contribute to developing and implementing strategic decisions that drive our business forward.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proven ability to conceptualize and develop innovative visual data elements using advanced Tableau skills, effectively communicating insights and trends to diverse stakeholders through interactive dashboards that drive actionable insights.
  • Skilled in using non-traditional data sources like Smartsheet and Planview products for data-driven decisions and project/change management.
  • Hands-on experience using Power BI for data modeling, reporting, and visualization to enhance operational analytics capabilities.
  • Skilled in conducting Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) to assess project efficacy, optimize prioritization, and drive informed decision-making to optimize portfolio management for maximum strategic value and efficiency.
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to establish, measure, and refine metrics including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to align with organizational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
