QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data in simple terms.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Background in [industry-related experience, e.g., e-commerce, finance, healthcare].

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
• Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs.
• Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models when required.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in clear, concise reports.
