Reporting to the Lead Analyst, Service Integrity, this role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable data to support service integrity, risk management, and governance outcomes. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including technology, operations, and subject matter experts to analyse data, identify trends and anomalies, and develop reporting solutions that support informed decision‑making in a highly regulated financial services environment.      Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities    * Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team to consistently meet service levels,  Analyse data related to service integrity enquiries, investigations, and operational issues * Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex data sets * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights * Produce clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate findings effectively * Ensure all reporting meets business requirements, quality standards, and agreed specifications * Deliver high‑quality, accurate reporting within agreed service level agreements * Develop analytical tools and techniques, including automation and advanced analytical approaches, to support investigations and insights * Work closely with technology teams to deliver cost‑effective data and reporting solutions * Support continuous improvement initiatives through data‑driven insights and analysis * Maintain strong collaboration and contribution within a high‑performing analytics team * Promote a strong risk and compliance culture across all analytical activities * Ensure adherence to legislative, policy, procedural, financial, and quality requirements * Maintain compliance with internal quality assurance standards and reporting obligations * Apply risk awareness in the analysis, reporting, and interpretation of data        Experience & Personal Attributes    * Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline  * Minimum 2 years’ experience developing SQL scripts (Oracle and/or SQL Server/Azure)  * Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including VBA for automation  * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel  * Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools, including Power BI  * Experience developing applications using Python, Java, or C++ (desirable)  * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and statistical analysis skills  * Proven ability to interpret business, operational, and technical data and identify risk implications  * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines  * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills  * Commercially minded, risk‑aware, and outcomes‑focused * Ability to take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively within a team     Desirable: * Experience within superannuation, pensions, insurance, or wealth management * Exposure to regulatory change initiatives * Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional certifications (e.g. BABOK, Agile BA)   .     Some of our Employment Benefits    * FlexiWorks – enabling our employees to work in the office and at home  * Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well-being leave  * Employee Recognition Program - to recognise people who are demonstrating our values and Company purpose.   * Talent Referral Program  * Salary Sacrificing via Superannuation  * Employee Assistance Program  * Learning & Development - Development at your fingertips via self-paced learning, including educational assistance supportv  * Employee discounts – Access discounted rates and offers from a variety of providers including Bupa and Microsoft!  * Novated Car Leasing      Culture at MUFG Pension & Market Services  We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
