Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s excited to go beyond the basics — someone who thrives on tackling complex challenges, creating clear insights, and shaping the future of analytics at Showpad.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Data Science and Analytics team: owning impactful projects, and working closely with senior peers to solve real business problems. This is your chance to shine as both a builder and a learner in a high-growth, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be a driving force behind Showpad’s data-driven culture. You’ll work on high-impact projects, deliver clear and actionable insights, and help shape the way our teams use data to make smarter decisions.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Lead well-scoped analytics projects that uncover user behavior trends, product performance insights, and business opportunities.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams make informed decisions — all while keeping data quality front and center.
  • Data Transformation: Write clean, maintainable SQL and contribute to robust data pipelines and models that align with best practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to support strategic goals with data.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Identify automation opportunities and suggest improvements to tools, processes, and team workflows.
  • Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy standards like GDPR.
  • Communication: Translate complex data into clear stories and present insights confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
