Job Details Job Location: Phoenix, AZ - Phoenix, AZ 85027 Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 Hourly The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting eligibility, pension and annuity operational functions for data management. Additionally, this role is responsible for producing, tracking, verifying and distributing loads, files and reports. This individual will be able to self-motivate to meet hard deadlines on multiple client projects within a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Data Management & Maintenance Create and maintain codes, parameters, schedules, rates, etc. Produce, verify and distribute reports and quarterly/year-end files. Create, verify and process data loads. Transfer data to Pension and Annuity records Assist with the processing and distribution of vendor files. Assist with the creation of new reports as needed. Provide continuing support and technical guidance. Implementation Support group implementations and migration set up, file layouts, data review, loads, etc. Set up, maintain and support employer portal. Teamwork Work cooperatively with other team members. Actively participate in team meetings and training activities. Perform additional responsibilities as periodically assigned. Qualifications Education/Certification: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience (minimum) Skills/Abilities: Proven problem solving and analytical skills. Basic understanding of MS Office. Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy. Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments. Ability to follow detailed instructions and vendor correspondence independently. Strong interpretation of reports/data extracts in a variety of file layouts and ability to identify errors/issues. Ability to sit for long periods of time operating a computer keyboard. Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines. Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments. Minimal knowledge of the fundamentals of defined benefit, defined contributions, and annuity is a plus (additional Pension training to be provided as needed).
