IRUBIS is a young, growing biotechnology start-up specializing in monitoring and control of bioprocesses. We are building a state-of-the-art system, Monipa, to provide our biopharma customers with information about their bioprocesses in the lab, in the office, at home, and at any time. Tasks

• Development of algorithms to predict process parameters of bioprocesses
• Deploying, maintaining, and monitoring of models on our Monipa systems
• Managing analytical projects and specifying necessary resources for that

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge in Spectroscopy (preferably mid-infrared), Statistics and Mathematics
• Experience with multivariate spectral data with focus on physics-based analysis rather than classical machine learning
• Basic knowledge in Python, especially NumPy and SciPy
• Passion for robust models in production
• Preferred qualifications: experience in agile software development and Git Version Control
• Work experience at least 2 years
• Proficient English language skills
