As a Data Analyst, you will work across all business functions and departments, providing general analytics support organization-wide. Job Description: Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making and identify actionable insights. Primary focus will be on transforming raw data into meaningful reports and visualizations that drive organizational success and operational efficiency. Cleaning and validating data, conducting statistical analysis, creating visualizations and dashboards using tools like Metabase or Superset, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and collaborating with departments throughout the organization to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance against benchmarks, and support decision-making through quantitative analysis across finance, operations, marketing, sales, and other business areas. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 3+ years of professional experience in Data analysis, Business intelligence, or similar role Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods Excellent communication skills with ability to explain findings to diverse audiences Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment Nice to have: Experience with Python or R for data analysis Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data warehousing Experience with database design and management Certification in relevant analytics or data tools
