KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our growing team. A Student part-time position in a fast-growing AI startup facing the US market. We are growing our R&D center and looking for a Data Analyst to support the creation of high-quality datasets that help evaluate AI models and search functionality. We would love to find enthusiastic people who want to work at least 3 days a week (around 100 hours per month), with at least one year of remaining studies Responsibilities Assist in building and organizing datasets to evaluate AI models and search performance. Collect and format structured and unstructured data (mainly text-based). Run evaluations on AI outputs using predefined quality metrics. Generate summary reports, charts, and statistics to communicate results clearly. Help monitor dataset quality and consistency across experiments. Document dataset creation steps and maintain version control. Requirements Student in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field. At least one year of remaining studies Familiarity with Python and data handling in Python (e.g., pandas, NumPy). Basic knowledge of evaluation metrics like precision, recall, or similarity scores. Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling and organizing data. Clear communicator in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Advantages Interest in AI, NLP, or search relevance systems. Prior coursework or projects involving data analysis or machine learning. Basic data visualization skills (matplotlib, seaborn, or similar).
