JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title –Data Analyst
Reporting – Director, Data and Analytics
Location – Toronto

• Participate in sessions with the business to gather requirements and get signoff
• Maintain existing data assets and ensure timely delivery to business partners
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business processes
• Ensure all data assets are thoroughly tested prior to implementation
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets
• Assist with ad hoc data analysis requests as required to support high priority needs
• Maintain business requirements documentation, source to target mappings and other data & analytics related documentation
• Provide training and support to non-technical staff on data interpretation and usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Establish automated reporting on key performance metrics (KPIs) and scorecard metrics using Tableau
