Business Unit Overview Our Operations unit is the engine room of Superloop - responsible for maintaining and supporting all of our products and internal technical infrastructure to ensure the best possible service to both our customers and our very own business. Our Operations unit is responsible for ensuring that the business has the technical capability and capacity to deliver services to all Superloop customers ranging from Home Broadband to International Wholesale. Role Purpose Design and build data models to support highly scalable and cost-e icient data analysis Build Databricks reports and dashboards based on business requirements Work with the data integration team to define and load data sources from multiple data systems Support the business team in requirements gathering Act as the primary liaison between the business team and IT to ensure timely delivery of world-class products Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes, procedures, and individual projects Qualifications & Experience Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing, debugging, optimization) Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake setup, maintenance, and optimization Demonstrated experience in developing business dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives and outcomes Knowledge of database management, including diagnostics and resolution of database errors (highly beneficial) Knowledge of Databricks is a plus Key Responsibilities Databricks Dashboard creation and maintenance Data modelling. Report generation at the required cadence.
