Job Description Develop and maintain technical proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Smartsheet, data visualisation tools, and data cleaning methodologies to support analytical requirements. Analyse and understand the business context, data flow throughout the production process, and interactions with external partners including R&D departments. Provide analytical support on ad hoc issues and challenges, delivering timely insights to support decision-making. Prepare, compile, and present comprehensive update reports to management, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations. Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and actively participate in and support organisational initiatives and process optimisation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into analytical solutions. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, verification, and documentation of data sources and analytical processes. Provide training and support to end-users on data tools, dashboards, and analytical outputs to promote effective utilisation. Always ensure compliance with phytosanitary and hygiene protocols within the site. Perform all tasks in compliance with and in support of all HSE policies and practices. Undertake any additional tasks and projects as allocated by your line manager. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture or related field. Experience working with SQL, MS-Xcel and Smartsheet. Additional Information Ability to work under pressure. Integrity and Intellectual honesty. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
