We are seeking an experienced Analyst to support our Adults services in achieving their objective of helping the residents of Tameside live well at home longer.
The role will be pivotal in our drive toward data-driven decision making and supporting front-line practitioners and senior managers alike to achieve the best possible outcomes for the borough’s adult population.
You will play a critical role in designing and developing a suite of reporting outputs to support all levels of the business, supply timely insight into its activities and show initiative and curiosity in identifying issues and solutions.
You will work with team of dedicated analysts to deliver strong support across the entire breadth of the service and link with colleagues across the authority to provide intelligence driven insights.
The role will enable the corporate Business Intelligence Service to support senior leaders across Adult’s Services, ensuring we are responsive to their needs and that high-quality data and intelligence is a prominent, embedded part of their service delivery model.
The organisation is currently investing heavily in a modernised data infrastructure you will have access to the cutting-edge Microsoft Fabric platform and dedicated support to fully harness the benefits of automation, standardisation and the de-siloing of data.
