How you will contribute:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Data Management activities, maintaining data and system integrity while managing risks and issues effectively
• Analyse and resolve complex data queries across existing portfolios and new client migrations, communicating findings clearly to business and technical audiences
• Guide projects through the migration lifecycle, from refining requirements and implementation planning to dress rehearsals and go-live activity
• Reconcile, profile and validate data during onboarding, ensuring stakeholders understand findings that could affect migration or ongoing servicing
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and internal teams as the servicing data expert, contributing to workshops, meetings and bid responses
• Improve data-quality tools, reporting and controls to identify issues and strengthen processes
• Develop reliable automated solutions that reduce manual effort, processing time, errors and operational risk
