Description
Noma Security is defining how the world secures AI, building the trust layer for the era of intelligent systems. We’re looking for a Data Analyst Team Lead to own and scale our data analysis function, transforming complex security and product data into clear insights that drive the business. You’ll lead a growing team of analysts, build the processes and tools that power it, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure data is a core engine of decision-making. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Lead, Prioritize, and Grow the Data Analysis Team: Manage and mentor a growing team, set priorities across the company, and ensure fast, high-quality insight delivery aligned with business needs and stakeholder expectations. Build the Data Analysis Foundation: Define processes, standards, and tooling that enable scalable data analysis and effective collaboration across teams. Create Monitoring & Reporting: Build monitoring tools and dashboards for both customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success) and product teams (Engineering, Data Science). Own Data-Driven Insights: Drive insight delivery across new product domains, existing customers, and threat research - connecting product signals to business and security outcomes. ✅ What You Bring Leadership & Delivery: Experience leading data analysts and successfully delivering data-driven insights, ideally in an enterprise cybersecurity context. Proven Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing data analysts. Hands-On Analyst Background: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a data analyst. Strong Technical Toolkit: Excellent proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data platforms/tools (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, AI-assisted analysis tools). Proactive, Clarity-Driven Partner: Motivated to bring clarity to stakeholders across customers, Engineering, and Product. Team Player & Communicator: Great communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset. 🎯 Nice to Haves Background in cybersecurity (preferred domain). Experience building monitoring frameworks, anomaly detection, or operational dashboards for product and GTM teams. 💙 Why Noma? We’re a high-velocity, mission-driven startup shaping the future of data security for AI-native companies. Your work will directly impact how customers understand risk, how our product evolves, and how we scale intelligently. If you love turning fuzzy questions into crisp answers - and building a team that does the same - you’ll have huge ownership and visibility here from day one. Requirements null About The Company null
