• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into practical dashboards, reports and insights
• Identify and help remediate duplicate, incomplete, conflicting or poorly governed data across core enterprise systems
• Create and maintain clear, engaging data visualisations that support confident business decision making
• Analyse large datasets, identify trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Work with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose
• Help define common enterprise measures and advocate for strong data integrity and governance
• Complete quality checks to ensure reporting and data deliverables meet expected standards
• Continually improve data systems, processes and ways of working while meeting policy, compliance and WHS requirements

Your Talents…

• A relevant qualification in data science, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience capturing, integrating and analysing large datasets to deliver business intelligence outcomes
• Strong knowledge of BI concepts and tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced SQL and Python skills
• An understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM or service management platforms, including security and compliance considerations
• The ability to identify trends and risks in data and translate analysis into practical business recommendations
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, with experience across cloud and data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Data Cloud, Databricks or QuickSight highly regarded
