Job Overview ​​The Business Analyst supports the Chartering team in monitoring, updating and analysing various databases. Key responsibilities ​​Assist the Chartering team in maintaining, updating and analysing existing databases, while simultaneously linking in with relevant teams. Provide routine administrative support to help maintain efficient departmental operations. Prepare, update, and organise departmental files, reports, and trackers. Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Chartering team.​ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. No prior industry experience required; Suitable for entry‑level candidates with an interest in shipping.​ The role is based in our office 5 days per week.
