To keep scaling, we’re hiring a Data Analyst who will help us organize, track, and optimize the flow of sales, marketing, and production data.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, queries, pivot tables, dashboards).
• Familiarity with Airtable and cross-platform reporting.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs for data connections and custom integrations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Data Analyst will work directly with the executive team to track KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure data is accurate and actionable. You’ll be the point person for connecting data between platforms, streamlining reports, and spotting inefficiencies or anomalies that impact growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, and organize data from sales, marketing, and production systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and Airtable.
• Spot trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies and present insights to leadership.
• Build and maintain automation workflows with Zapier, Make, or custom API integrations.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to ensure data aligns with company goals.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across all platforms.
