About the Role:
Join our Supporter Experience, Acquisition and Growth team in a dynamic new opportunity designed for a curious, detail-oriented data enthusiast. If you enjoy working with data, building practical solutions, improving processes, and making a real impact, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a motivated team player to take ownership of preparing, analysing, and managing large datasets to support our fundraising efforts. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Communications team to prepare data for campaigns and test workflows to ensure smooth execution. You’ll also play a key role in campaign attribution and data enrichment with a focus on improving supporter records to ensure they are campaign ready. Your work will enable more effective and timely engagement in fundraising campaigns.
This is a permanent full-time position based out of Blackburn, Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements.
