QUALIFICATIONS

• Smart, analytical thinker with a get-it-done attitude
• Quick learner who’s eager to master new tools and systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel; bonus points for experience with BI tools (Power BI, Karbon)
• Ability to tell a story with numbers—clear, concise communicator
• Experience with data hygiene, databases, or basic coding (e.g., SQL or Python) is a plus, but not required
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to evolving responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and hygiene of firm-wide data (client, project, workflow, etc.)
• Design and maintain internal reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Karbon
• Work with our practice management software, Karbon, to extract and organize data
• Translate data into insights to support decision-making at the leadership level
• Support various management team members with one-off reporting needs and analysis
• Help evaluate and implement new software tools and automation opportunities that improve data usage
• Help build automations through platforms like Zapier
• Build out a scalable data infrastructure as our needs evolve
