POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong finance background and expertise in trading products. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and coding, with a deep understanding of commission structures. The role requires fluency in Chinese and over five years of relevant experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Solid finance background with a deep understanding of trading products.
• Comprehensive understanding of commission structures and calculations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and SQL.
• CPA certificate is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of improving processes through data-driven insights.
