The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT team, supporting the development, administration, and automation of our bordereaux management platform. You will play a key role in improving data quality, building reporting capabilities, and supporting system integrations across underwriting, finance, and policy administration platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern data tools and technologies, with strong potential to grow your technical expertise while making a tangible impact on business operations.   What You’ll Be Doing   * Day to day operation of binder management and contract programming. * Review underwriting, billing and claims bordereaux for compliance and data quality. * Support the integration of a policy administration system with the bordereaux management system for underwriting and claims. * Basic reporting for delegated underwriting authority business and fronting. * Support underwriters to enable efficient policy administration. * Work with finance team on processing deliverables for delegated authority business. * Work with IT on various initiatives related to reporting and data management for delegated authority business. * Demonstrate skills in creative thinking, decision making, and problem solving. * Participate in business analysis, project team, or individual meetings with management, preparing discussion topics, and presenting information in a professional manner. * Develop personal development plans and demonstrate progress to the established goals. * Embrace change and adaptation (positive change agent) * Collaborate and build effective business relationships (build trust). * Motivate and focus on delivering quality results in a team environment (continuous evaluation and improvement). * Provide continuous attention to technical excellence (self-development). * Work as part of a self-organizing team. * Perform other relevant duties and projects as assigned.   Who You Are You are a technically inclined and analytically minded professional with a passion for working with data and systems. You bring experience or exposure to tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, and advanced Excel, and enjoy finding ways to automate processes and improve data workflows.  You are adaptable, curious, and comfortable learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment. With strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, you collaborate well with both technical and business teams and take ownership of delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions. You bring: * A university degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred, with priority given to technology-related degrees. * 2-3 Years of data analysis experience is preferred but not required.  * Prior insurance industry experience is an asset. * Strong analytical skills. * Experience with SQL, Python and Snowflake. * Experience using power BI. * High Proficiency in advanced Excel. * Ability to adapt to new software and technology. * Competence in bordereaux reporting for a reinsurer or DUA is an asset. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Being bilingual in French and English is preferred but not mandatory.  This posting is for an existing vacancy at Tokio Marine Canada.
