THE ROLE
As a Data Analyst, you will support internal stakeholders leveraging the unique digital engagement data that our platform generates to inform our ability to create engaging products and features that improve the health outcomes of our users. In this role, you will use in-depth analysis and governance of business intelligence, to depict the value of the League platform to enable and drive improvements to the customer experience and engagement that lead to improved patient health outcomes! You will surface key performance indicators with visual analytics platforms like Looker and Amplitude and work closely with other data analysts, data engineers and data scientists to support the data models underlying the visual analysis dashboards/tools. The database tables that you will be using in your own reporting and analysis work are also used by League’s customers, and once you’ve gained a deep understanding of these tables, you will also help out answer questions for League’s external customers when they need help.
People who enjoy working within cross-functional and multi-disciplined teams both internally and externally will thrive in this role. Furthermore, you have experience in tying numbers to a larger, more strategic, business context. You enjoy communicating with non-technical stakeholders, using the art of converting simple questions into complex analysis and translating them back into meaningful and actionable insights.
