Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. Key Responsibilities: * Collect and verify production data; correct errors promptly. * Prepare reports with key production metrics using Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts). * Support testing, implementation, and retraining. * Deliver hands-on technical skills training and lead group sessions. * Develop and update SOPs, SWIs, and training programs (Word, PowerPoint, Video). * Conduct assessments on technique, speed, quality, and compliance. * Maintain flexibility for occasional night training. * Foster strong relationships, motivate staff, and provide follow-up support. * Ensure accuracy and strong attention to detail. * Adhere to and promote Health & Safety regulations. Qualifications: * Advanced (or High Intermediate) Excel skills. * Strong communication skills. * Demonstrated leadership abilities. * Reliable attendance and respectful, professional approach.
