WB Employment Are looking for a systems-focused problem solver who thrives on turning complex logistics into streamlined operations? Our client working within in the recycling and recovery industry, are looking for a resilient data analyst to take ownership of our Transport Management System (TMS) and ensure logistics, IT, and finance work seamlessly together.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the go-to expert for our TMS, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely haulage operations across the UK. Your work will directly influence how 140,000+ transport transactions are managed every year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the optimisation and technical ownership of our Transport Management System
• Work closely with logistics, fleet, finance, and IT teams to improve system performance
• Ensure smooth integration with SAP/MM, CLEAR, and other ERP systems
• Build and maintain SQL queries and Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and data accuracy
• Manage pricing uploads, fuel surcharge calculations, and invoice workflows
• Act as the main contact for UK stakeholders and external (Germany-based) TMS providers
• Support project rollouts with occasional UK site visits (approx. 20% travel)
