REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
· Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
· Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
· Knowledge of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
· Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis.
· Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders using presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
