The role As a Data Analyst, you will analyse and deliver data insights that support business decision-making and operational outcomes. You will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis using the Enterprise Data Platform. * Analyse and translate business needs into data and technical requirements * Deliver PowerBI reports, dashboards and data visualisations * Provide BAU reporting and ad-hoc analysis in line with SLAs * Build relationships across data sources and datasets * Identify opportunities to improve BI processes and self-service analytics * Document metrics and promote data literacy across stakeholders About you You are an experienced analyst who applies strong technical skills to solve problems and deliver high-quality insights. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate data into clear, meaningful outcomes. * Experience as a Data Analyst in a data warehouse environment * Advanced SQL and Excel with exposure to Python and PowerBI * Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure Databricks * Strong data visualisation and stakeholder management capability * Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication * Experience in financial services or Agile delivery (desirable) What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
