• Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase that support decision-making and visibility
• Write clean, efficient SQL to surface insights and track product usage
• Help define and maintain core data tables that are easy to use and reliable
• Document key metrics and fields so that everyone at Venn understands what they mean
• QA data regularly and flag inconsistencies or gaps
• Partner with engineering and product to ensure new features are tracked properly
