Key Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources - Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics - Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and quality checks - Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry - Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus
