We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases - Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and identify trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making - Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends in data - Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and leadership through presentations and reports - Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner - Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA) is a plus
