You will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from various sources, developing and maintaining databases, and creating reports and visualizations to present your findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases. • Develop and maintain databases to store and manage large datasets. • Analyze data using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Create reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights to support decision-making processes. • Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and propose solutions to improve data accuracy and completeness. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management. • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Knowledge of healthcare data and electronic health records is a plus.
